The third COVID 19 has resulted in a curfew and new restrictions but neither the county nor the state are imposing a new lockdown which was tried earlier this year and failed to stop the spread of the virus.
Restaurants and other businesses will not be required to close except between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am when hardly anyone is running around anyway. While they are required to cut outdoor seating capacity by 50% they are being allowed to stay open to handle to go and delivery services.
For supermarkets and other retailers, they will be required to reduce their indoor customer capacity to just 25% of present levels which means they are now required to put people at their entrances to keep track of the number of people entering.
Personal services businesses such as hair salons and barbers will be allowed to provide services only by appointment.
